CNC Precision (Laser Class) Plasma Cutting Machine

Serials of NC laser class plasma cutting machines are all based on the high-precision NC machine coupled with the world's most advanced technologies (laser class plasma power), they not only have ordinary NC plasma cutting machines' characteristics, but also have: (1)Incision roughness Ra &le 12.5, verticalness of incision &le 2, Incision quality achieves the minimum quality of laser incision. (2)Slotted width is about 1/2 of ordinary plasma. (3)Cutting dimensional accuracy is about twice as ordinary plasma. (4)Cutting speed is higher than laser, especially medium plate. (5)Electrode and the nozzle's life are far more than ordinary plasma and is 5-7 times compare to general ones. (6)Investment in equipment and operation cost is only about 1/4-1/10 of laser cutting machines.
